Order Processing

Orders received before 2:00PM EST are processed the same business day. All orders received after 2:00PM EST will be processed the following business day.

Once the order is processed and the inventory is confirmed, we send an email or call you to let you know the stock was available and an approximate delivery date. We will also advise you of any backorders if they apply. You should usually receive this inventory notification within 1-3 days from the day you place the order.

Once we have confirmed the material is in stock, we send the freight carrier to pick up the order and ship it to you. We typically receive freight details on the order 2 days after your order ships which we forward to you. These freight details consist of a PRO or “tracking” number, and the phone number of the terminal where the order will be sent prior to being sent out to your home or business. The total shipping time is approximately 7 to 10 business days from the day the order ships. In addition to sending you the freight details, the trucking company will contact you a few days prior to making the delivery. This insures that the delivery will not show up without you expecting it. If you chose a terminal pick-up, they will call you and let you know that the order is in for pick up.
